So how are we changing the way we work?
Our team will only come to work if they and their household are not affected by corona or displaying any coronavirus symptoms. We will also ask you at the time of booking your appointment if you are affected by coronavirus. If this is subject to change between the booking date and your appointment, please inform us at the earliest to keep us all safe.
Our team will keep 2 metres distance from those in your household, following strict social distancing guidelines throughout your appointment.
All of our team have PPE equipment, including gloves, masks, hand sanitiser and plastic gloves for you to touch our pattern books.
We request you to wear your face mask when we visit your home to keep our team safe.
You can pay by card knowing our terminals are disinfected after visiting every customer.

Can I book an appointment in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Sharjah, Al Ain?
Yes, our advisors can come to you with all of the samples! If your Emirate shuts the border or implements a curfew, we may need to rearrange your appointment, we aim to get this rebooked at the earliest.
How can I rearrange my appointment if I feel unwell?
If you feel unwell or someone in your house has coronavirus symptoms, please call us on 04 564 8448.
Will I be able to browse the sample books during the appointment?
Yes, our team will provide you with some disposable gloves to browse our books, after every visit we spray with disinfectant to ensure no germs are harboured.
How many people from Blindtex will come to my appointment?
Most of our teams are 2 people, this means one of our team can assist in showing you the samples while the other measures. This speeds up the appointment allowing us to be in and out in no time! Whilst fitting, due to the tall windows in UAE this means they can assist with installation and one can vacuum whilst the other drills ensuring we leave your home the way we found it!
